Bio

Graduated from the State Music High School in Katowice (piano class) and earned a degree in Jazz Instrumental Performance from the Jazz Department of the Academy of Music in Katowice.

Since 2004, member of the band Są Gorsi (performing music composed to the poetry of Father Jan Twardowski).

From 2005 to 2008, member of Pilichowski Band (including a live performance at Polish Radio Program III’s Agnieszka Osiecka Music Studio). In 2008, took part in recording Poland's first live jazz-rock DVD – Electric Live at Art.Bem. Has also performed with the fusion group ΠR2 and Marek Raduli’s Squad.

In 2007, performed with Rafał Nosal in the Debut Competition at the 44th National Festival of Polish Song in Opole. From 2007 to 2010, musical director for the band Mollęda.

From 2007 to 2011, worked with vocal students at the Jazz Institute of the Academy of Music in Katowice. In 2007–2008, served as musical director for Fajfy z jazzem – a concert series recorded and broadcast by TVP Katowice. In 2008–2009, accompanied vocalists at the J. Wasowski Vocal Studio at Ochota Cultural Center in Warsaw. From 2010 to 2012, taught vocalists at the Stage Vocalist Studio (SWE) in Katowice. Accompanist and lecturer at music workshops in Jaworki, Bolesławiec, Końskie, Knurów, Grodków, Racibórz, Rybnik, Kargowa, Gliwice, Kraków, Terespol, Opole, Warsaw, Płock, Ropczyce, Lubawa, and Jaworzno (PoluZONE). From 2015 to 2018, accompanist at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw.

In 2009, served as musical director for Sławomir Idziak’s televised benefit concert. That same year, performed alongside Thomas Lang at the 18th International Percussion Festival in Opole (with Wojtek Pilichowski and Marek Raduli) and with Marcin Nowakowski at his Gold Record celebration concert for the album Better Days (featuring Piotr Żaczek and Robert Luty). Since 2009, member of Magda Steczkowska’s band Indigo.

Also in 2009, began collaboration with Michał Jurkiewicz starting with the premiere concert of the Śrubki project (featuring Kuba Badach, Dorota Miśkiewicz, and Grzegorz Turnau). This collaboration subsequently spawned dozens of recordings, albums, concerts, and theatrical shows, including Brzydkie Kaczątko (The Ugly Duckling), Bajka o jazzie (A Tale of Jazz), W Królestwie Muzyki (In the Kingdom of Music), Pan Śrubka i Orkiestra Taneczna, Psalmy miłości i nadziei, and Na tęgi mróz…. Across these projects, collaborated with artists such as Zbigniew Wodecki, Grzegorz Turnau, Dorota Miśkiewicz, Kuba Badach, Andrzej Lampert, Joanna Kołaczkowska, Artur Andrus, Golec uOrkiestra, Piotr Rubik, and various national orchestras.

In 2010, performed with Felicjan Andrzejczak, as well as with Monika Urlik and Mateusz Krautwurst at the Vena Festival. In 2010–2011, performed with Joanna Słowińska (featuring guest appearances by Maciej Miecznikowski and Przemysław Branny).

In 2010, initiated live and studio collaboration with Mateusz Krautwurst, producing numerous recordings for other artists as well.

Produced Renata Danel’s 2011 album Silna, Poland's first habilitation thesis album in song performance. In June 2011, performed with Grzegorz Turnau, and in July 2011 with Marcin Nowakowski at the Positive Vibration Festival in Białystok (supporting Seal). In 2011, collaborated with The Pimps, accompanying Łona and Webber, including a performance at the Coke Live Music Festival (supporting Kanye West).

From 2011 to 2022, member of Maryla Rodowicz’s band, performing in over 300 concerts, festivals, and television shows across Poland, as well as in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Lithuania, and Ukraine. On these occasions, shared the stage with artists including Kasia Nosowska, Doda, Andrzej Krzywy, Grzegorz Skawiński, Sławek Uniatowski, Marcin Wyrostek, Cleo, Pectus, Ewa Farna, Golec uOrkiestra, Kasia Popowska, Borys Szyc, Margaret, Helena Vondráčková, and Piotr Cugowski. The 2017 album Ach Świecie achieved Gold Record certification.

From 2012 to 2017, co-created projects by Mikołaj Blajda and Filharmonia Futura: Michael Jackson Symphonic, Whitney Houston Symphonic, and Symphonica.

From 2014 to 2018, directed Marzena Ugorna’s project Blues Symfonicznie (Symphonic Blues).

Co-founder (since 2014) of the Facebook group Polish Music Keyboards, uniting thousands of Polish pianists and keyboardists. Co-creator from the beginning of muzykuj.com, Poland's first portal dedicated entirely to keyboard instruments.

In 2015, produced Martyna Zaniewska’s album Sen, featuring his own original compositions and co-writes. Guest musicians on the album included Łukasz Golec, Robert Luty, and Kamil Bijoś.

In 2015, supported the launching of the PoluZONE Nationwide Music Workshops in Jaworzno with the band Poluzjanci, subsequently co-instructing in following editions, and in 2023 assisting in relocating them to the Jazz Department of the Academy of Music in Katowice.

Since 2016, collaborated in various contexts with Nick Sinckler (co-producing albums 11x11, Tribute to Michael Jackson, Ogrody Muzyczne: USA), and in 2021–2025 as core band member for Nick’s main projects (Nick & Friends, Battle of the Hits, and live album Groove Vibez' & Funky Delight; performing with guest stars such as Natalia Kukulska, Alicja Szemplińska, Ania Karwan, Kasia Dereń, Kasia Wilk, Maria Sadowska, Reni Jusis, Bovska, Tomson & Baron of Afromental, Bartek Królik, Andrzej Piaseczny, Marcin Sójka, Kuba Szmajkowski, and others).

Since 2017, band member, and since 2018, musical director for Natasza Urbańska.

In 2019, co-founded Łukowa Studio together with Tomasz Mądzielewski.

From 2019 to 2024, served as musical director for Joanna Kondrat’s anti-violence initiative Niebieski Koncert (Blue Concert). In October 2021, recorded the live concert at Studio Mąka, releasing Niebieska Płyta in March 2022, with proceeds dedicated to supporting territorial defense units in Ukraine (during the Russian invasion of Ukraine).

In December 2020, participated as both musician and arranger in two televised Christmas concerts with the Tarkowski Orchestra, writing arrangements for Andrzej Piaseczny, Natalia Szroeder, Patrycja Markowska, Artur Gadowski, Ania Rusowicz, Ewa Farna, Janusz Radek, Ralph Kamiński, Ania Karwan, Kasia Lins, Michał Szpak, and Kwiat Jabłoni.

In 2021, authored the project Maryla lirycznie (Lyrical Maryla), performed alongside Joanna Kondrat, delivering a completely fresh acoustic interpretation of Maryla Rodowicz’s repertoire.

In 2022, joined Marta Zalewska’s project Mickiewicz/Zalewska: Ballady i romanse, performing concerts in Vilnius and Warsaw.

From 2021 to 2023, accompanied headlining artists at the Top of the Top Sopot Festival with the Daniel Nosewicz and Nikola Kołodziejczyk Orchestras.

In 2023, wrote custom orchestral arrangements for Kayah and Kuba Badach for the Top of the Top Sopot Festival.

In 2023, supported live concerts with the National Brass Band (Narodowa Orkiestra Dęta) as musical director and arranger for artists including Natalia Kukulska.

Since 2023, producer, musical director, and keyboardist for Anna Karolska, producing her album W drodze.

Written arrangements for both small ensembles and large orchestras (e.g., Kukla Band, Tarkowski Orchestra, Grzegorz Urban Orchestra, Śrubki). Appeared on national TV broadcasts including Świat się kręci, Jaka to melodia, Kulturalni.pl, Dzień dobry TVN, Pytanie na śniadanie, Kawa czy herbata, Poziom 2.0, Lubię to!, Superstarcie, Wielki test wiedzy ekonomicznej, Ugotowani, Halo Polonia, and many others. Participated in Michael Jackson Symphonic and Whitney Houston Symphonic, as well as Filharmonia Futura productions (Symphonica, Armenian Triptych). Collaborated with Roma Musical Theatre (Polish Artists for Children of Georgia) and Rampa Theatre (Rhapsody with a Demon featuring Queen’s music, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown).

Beyond Poland, has performed in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Italy, Slovakia, Russia, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Completed a three-month showband contract on a cruise ship sailing from San Diego (USA) to Venice (South America, Africa, Europe).
